These Purchase Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and purchase of products offered by X RECOVERY LTD ("we", "us", "our") on our website and through our sales channels in Hong Kong. By placing an order, you ("you", "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
1.1 These Terms apply to any purchase of goods ("Products") made by you from our website or through any other sales method authorized by us.
1.2 These Terms explain how to place an order, how we process it, your rights to cancel, return or seek redress, and our legal obligations.
1.3 Please read these Terms carefully before ordering. If you think there is a mistake, please contact us to discuss.
1.4 We only supply within Hong Kong. We do not accept orders for delivery outside Hong Kong.
1.5 Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) or the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362).

2. FORMATION OF CONTRACT
2.1 Your order is an offer to buy Products from us. A binding contract is formed once we confirm acceptance by email.
2.2 We reserve the right to reject your order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or delivery limitations.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
3.1 Prices and delivery charges (inclusive of applicable Hong Kong taxes) will be as displayed at checkout.
3.2 Full payment must be made before we dispatch the Products. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
4. TITLE AND RISK
4.1 Ownership of the Products transfers to you upon full payment.
4.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 We will deliver to the address specified in your order within the timeframes communicated.
5.2 Delivery fees are as shown during checkout and are payable with your order.
5.3 If you are not available to receive the Products, you may be charged for redelivery or storage.
5.4 We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, customs delays, or force majeure).
6. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
6.1 You must inspect the Products promptly and notify us of any defects or shortages within 48 hours of delivery.
6.2 Products must only be used in accordance with provided instructions.
6.3 You agree to purchase for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Resale or distribution without consent is prohibited.
6.4 You must not tamper with, reverse engineer, or modify the Products.
6.5 Certain medical Products may not be suitable for all individuals. Always consult a medical professional before use.
6.6 We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information you provide when ordering.
7. DEFECTS AND LIABILITY
7.1 If the Products are defective or not as described, you have the right to request repair, replacement in accordance with Hong Kong law.

7.3 If we determine the Product is defective (and not due to misuse), we will offer to repair, replace you and cover the return costs.
7.4 We are not liable for defects resulting from misuse, alteration, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.
7.5 Except as required by law, all warranties not explicitly stated are excluded.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
8.1 You may cancel your order before dispatch. After dispatch, your cancellation will be treated as a return.
8.2 If eligible under Hong Kong law, you may return the Product within 7 days of receipt provided it is unused and in original packaging.
8.3 We will issue refunds to the original payment method, typically within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
8.4 We may deduct an amount if the returned Product is used, damaged, or incomplete.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 If you are a business customer, we are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit, goodwill, or business opportunity.
9.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Product in question.
10. GENERAL TERMS
10.1 Assignment: We may transfer our rights under the contract. You may not do so without our written consent.
10.2 Severability: If any clause is found unlawful, the remaining terms remain in effect.
10.3 Waiver: Failure to enforce any part of the contract does not waive our right to enforce it later.
10.4 Privacy: Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
